Conflict Resolution Plans

Workplace conflict among staff can have significant costs for a business or organisation.

Negative publicity

When internal staff conflicts become public, it can create damaging publicity for businesses. In today's 24/7 news cycle and social media environment, stories about workplace disputes can go quickly viral and reach a wide audience. This exposure can tarnish a company's reputation and public image.

Customer perception

Employee conflict can directly impact customer service and the customer experience and when staff are constantly arguing or in conflict, it often leads to:

  • Lower productivity
  • Poorer customer care
  • Frustrated customers and clients

This can damage relationships with customers and how they perceive the brand making it harder to attract top talent and retain good employees.

High turnover of staff resulting in a toxic work environment is costly, disruptive and signals to potential hires that company culture is problematic.
